                          JEE Main 62 cut-off



Central Board of Secondary Education has fixed a total score of 62 as the cut-off for the Common Merit List (CML) category for filling of choices online, for Counseling for admission to BE/BTech and B. Arch/B.Planning Programmes coming under the purview of the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) which is conducting the allotments this year. In the OBC Non Creamy Layer category, the cut-off is 59 marks while that for SC/ST/PWD category is 32 marks.

The mark details of the candidates can be downlaoded from http://cbseresults.nic.in/giving the Roll number and date of birth.

The result sheet shows the marks obtained by the candidate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for Paper I and that for Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing Test for Paper II and the total score in JEE Main Paper I/II. It also gives the All India Percentile Score of the candidate in JEE (Main), percentile score of the candidate in the qualifying examination as well as the Normalized score related to the Board marks. .
The result shows among other things, the Category and Sub –Category as mentioned by the candidate in the application form, the All India Rank (Overall and Category) and the State rank (based on State Code of Eligibility, which is the state from where the candidate has passed +2 examination) (Overall and Category).
The State rank will not be indicated in respect of those who have not filled up State Code of Eligibility. The Ranks are provisional subject to verification of documents at the time of counselling.
Percentile Score has been calculated with reference to the group of candidates of his/her Examining Body/Board who also satisfy the eligibility criteria of JEE (Main). Detailed procedure is available at www.cbse.nic.in/Normalisation%20Formula%20v8_2013.pdf
