 MG UNIVERSITY DEGREE Second Allotment will be published on 25th June 2013


Instructions to the Candidates.

1) The candidates can view their allotment status by logging into home page using their application number and password.Applicants who got first allotment should download "Allotment Memo" and "Fee Remittance Chalan".
2) The allotment memo can be downloaded by clicking on the link "Click here to print your Allotment Memo" and should be produced before the Principal of the College to which the candidate is allotted.
3) The fee remittance chalan can be downloaded by clicking on the link "Click here to print your allotment fee chalan".The students should remit the fee due to the University (General category - 425/-, SC/ST - 50/-) in any of the Designated branches of SBT on or before 17/06/2013(Click here to view list of designated branches).
4) The students should report to the colleges allotted on or before 18/06/2013 and should produce the following documents for verification.
   1. Allotment memo downloaded from the University CAP Portal.
   2. The originals of the marklist(s) of the qualifying examination.
   3. TC and Conduct Certificate in original from the institution last studied.
   4. Certificate in Original in support of caste/communal reservation.
   5. Eligibility/Equivalency Certificate from MG University for those who have qualified from Boards outside Kerala State except CBSE/ICSE.
   6. NCC/NSS Certificates in original, if applicable.
   7. Certificate in original in proof of Ex-Servicemen/Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer.
   8. Allotment slip and receipt in proof of remittance of fee due to the University (except Annual Administration fee in the case of Self Financing Courses).
   9. Non-creamy layer Certificate/BPL Certificate in original issued by the competent authority in the case of candidates who claimed reservation under SEBC category and Economically Backward among Forward Communities.
5) Candidates can rearrange/delete options from 19/06/2013 to 21/06/2013.Candidates should save the options after modifications.
6) The students who get admission on their first option should remit the fee applicable to the course in the institution at the time of admission. Those students who decide to seek permanent admission by cancelling the higher options also shall remit the fee in the institution. Those who retain higher options need not pay any fee in the institution at the time of admission.
7) Candidates who take permanent admission in the college on the date specified can cancel their remaining higher options, if any, before the date specified.Candidates can rearrange/delete options from 19/06/2013 to 21/06/2013.Candidates should save the options after modifications.
8) A candidate is bound to accept an allotment as per the priority of options registered. If he/she gets allotment in the subsequent phase, based on higher options against arising/future vacancy, he/she has to relinquish the seat already occupied by him/her.
9) Failure to report for admission by candidate in the allotted college at the stipulated time and date will result in the forfeiture of his/her chance for admission to that programme/other programmes/further allotment(s).
10) Any request to retain a previous allotment after a further allotment (based on the higher options registered) will not be considered under any circumstances.
11) Candidates should take care to logout after completing the modification process.
   "The allotment is done solely based on the details given by the candidate in online application. Any discrepancy in the online details furnished by the candidates with the original documents submitted at the time of admissions will lead to the cancellation of allotment."
